1. Information about the collection of personal data and contact details of the controller

1.1 Thank you for visiting our website. Below, we would like to inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our website. Personal data refers to all data that can personally identify you.

1.3 To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption techniques that correspond to the current state of technology (e.g., SSL or TLS) over HTTPS.

2. Data collection when visiting our website

Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). The following technically necessary data is collected:

  • Our visited website
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you reached the page
  • Operating system used
  • Browser used
  • IP address (if applicable: in anonymized form)
  • Device used
  • Approximate location determination
  • Session statistics (demographic characteristics, session duration)
  • Stored cookie settings of the user

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data is neither disclosed to third parties nor used in any other way. Temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to deliver the website to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

We reserve the right to check server log files later if there are concrete indications of illegal use. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of collection. For data stored in log files, this happens after no more than seven days. Longer storage is possible, in which case the IP addresses of users are deleted or anonymized.

3. Contact

When you contact us via the contact form, the data entered into the form is transmitted to us and stored. For inquiries via email, only the data provided by you will be transmitted.

The data is used exclusively for processing your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is either your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or contract initiation if applicable (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

You may revoke your consent at any time. In case of a revocation, we will delete your personal data unless we are legally obliged to keep it.
